Dining room set next to an Elegant  historic Southern mansion on the water just waiting for you to come have lunch or dinner.  One visit here and you will find that the Beau Reve’s atmosphere perfectly suits it’s French name , which means  “Beautiful Dream.” Owner Becky Bellard caters elegant lunches and special events from weddings to hosting organization meetings at the Beau Reve.

The conference/meeting room is available for business lunches, presentations or group gatherings. Reserve our room and Sertinos will cater your meeting. Enjoy our sound-proof room and our media accessories for DVD & laptop capabilities. Room is 22 x 16 sq. ft.

H2O Seafood Bar and Grill

Treat your special guests to unforgettable dining for your next business gathering, social event or family!  Their private banquet room can accommodate up to 100 guests. They  will create a special set menu, let guests choose from an open menu, or enjoy buffet style catering or appetizer stations.  Whatever your occasion, they will design a menu just for you!!

 


                  Spindletop Glady’s City Boomtown Museum

Gladys City provides a unique backdrop for birthday parties, weddings, dinners, receptions, and more! With fifteen re-created boomtown buildings and period furnishings, your guests will leave having a great experience and wonderful memories. Depending on the nature of your event, additional buildings may be available for rental with approval from the museum director.

Full Museum Package includes use of the Caroline Room, the Log Cabin Saloon and Hamill Square, plus guests may tour the museum and grounds at no additional charge.

8 a.m.-5 p.m., $150 per hour, two-hour minimum
5 p.m.-11 p.m., $175 per hour, two-hour minimum

The Log Cabin Saloonlog cabin saloon

Perfect for small receptions, birthday parties, meetings and more with a seating capacity of 24 and a standing capacity of 50. Rates include use of Saloon, tables, chairs, historic bar and back bar, and audio-visual equipment. Guests may tour the museum and grounds at no additional charge during regular open hours. The Log Cabin Saloon is available for rental Tuesday-Saturday, 8 a.m.-11 p.m.

The Caroline Room

the caroline roomThe Caroline Room has approximately 850 square feet of space, with a seating capacity of 60 and a standing capacity of 75-80. Rates include use of room, audio-visual equipment, tables, chairs and serving kitchen. Guests may tour the museum and grounds at no additional charge during regular open hours.

The Caroline Room is available Tuesday-Saturday, 8 a.m.-8 p.m.

Hamill Square

This outdoor area is great for large parties, receptions, reunionsHamill Square

or other events with approximately 1,500 square feet of space. Maximum capacity of 300. Rates include use of square and a set of 30 folding chairs. Additional tables, chairs, tents, garbage cans and restroom facilities may be required at renter’s expense. Guests may tour the museum and grounds at no additional charge during regular open hours. Hamill Square is available for rental Tuesday-Saturday, 8 a.m.-11 p.m.

Blow the Gusher!

Make your event even more memorable with a re-enactment of the historic 1901 Lucas Gusher on Spindletop. Your guests will be amazed as a plume of water soars 100 feet above our 65-foot derrick. The re-enactment can be the gusher only or a full re-enactment with the gusher, costumed re-enactors and special audio enhancement. Gusher is available only during daylight hours.
